At this time, HottPerfume.com ships merchandise only to locations outlined above. Free shipping coupons apply only to orders shipped within the USA.
Shipping options & pricing
- Ground Shipping: $5 (including insurance) for the first item + $1 per additional item (United States)
- Priority Mail: $7 (including insurance) for the first item + $1 per additional item (United States)
- Express Mail: $27 (including insurance) for the first item + $2 per additional item (United States)

Delivery timing & tracking
Delivery timing can vary based on carrier processing, seasonal volume, and delivery location. After purchase, customers receive order confirmation and tracking information when available.
Insurance, loss, and shipping carrier handling
All packages are automatically insured for the full purchase price. The risk of loss, damage, and title for merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If a shipment is damaged in transit, it is covered by insurance included with every purchase. Insurance claims are filed with the carrier.
Return policy
Eligible returns
You may return unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund details
- Shipping is not refundable.
- 20% restocking fee: You will be charged a 20% restocking fee on eligible returns.
- Customer-error returns/refusals: Items refused or returned due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted with standard return shipping.
How to start a return or exchange
Before sending any return or exchange, you must email us at info@HottPerfume.com. Please include the following information inside the return/exchange package:
- Full name
- Complete address
- Email address
- Reason for return
- Order number
Damaged items
Items damaged during shipment are covered by insurance and may be replaced upon verification. Please contact us with your order details so we can guide you through the next steps.
Unclaimed merchandise
Unclaimed merchandise will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
Package not received
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
